Workforce Partners

Participants in the Ocean City Workforce Development Program will live independently in Ocean City, MD for the summer and be placed at one of our partner employers.

Our participants are hardworking, responsible, reliable , and learner-centered individuals
Recruit and create a future pipeline of potential employees
Program participants are enthusiastic and can provide new ideas and new viewpoints.
Program participants will be held accountable by program staff. You don’t only hire our participants; you hire an organization that will support and hold our participants accountable.
Participate directly in the betterment of the lives of young men in Baltimore and Worchester County.

Our Purpose

Empowering young men

A summer away from home in a new environment while working a fast-paced job demonstrates an unwavering commitment to your future. Young men who participated in the program acquired significant practical experience in independent living and built strong bonds with like-minded people, developing a sense of brotherhood. This distinct experience cannot be recreated elsewhere. It provides young men with prospects for personal development, career exploration, financial gain, a new perspective on their future, and more.
